Join the High Line Canal Conservancy for a brush removal on Saturday, April 1 from 8:30 – 11 a.m. along the Canal in Littleton!

We will walk in and along the Canal to remove accumulations of woody debris. With stormwater flowing in the Canal, the buildup of brush and debris can create blockages that hinder the flow of water. By removing these blockages we can restore stormwater flow which provides ecological and social benefits by preserving and enhancing the natural resources of the corridor.

Please park at the W County Line Rd trailhead. We will meet for check-in on the trail across the Canal from this lot.

All volunteers are required to bring their own water, snacks and any other necessary items to the stewardship events. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own gloves such as work or gardening gloves. We will provide work gloves to anyone who does not have their own. Please wear appropriate clothing and closed-toed shoes as volunteers will be walking through various terrain potentially including mud, ice, or water.
