Join us on Colorado Day, this Sunday, August 1, from 9:30 am – 1:00 pm for an open-house-style celebration with family-friendly activities, snacks and a special Colorado Day celebration as we kick off Walk FOR the Canal. We’ll host a walk around our historic Little Dry Creek property with a parade of 71 Colorado flags — one flag for each mile of the Canal. Plus, get a peek at our new office space in Centennial and pick up your Walk FOR the Canal registration packets.

Event Schedule:
- 9:30-am 1 pm: Open house, registration, packet pickup, crafts, snacks and goodies
- 9:45 am: Guided nature walk
- 10 am – 12 pm: Native raptors meet and greet
- 10:30 am – 11 am: Remarks and official walking parade kick-off with 71 Colorado flags
- 11:45 am: Guided nature walk
