It’s time to start training for another impactful volunteer season along all 71 miles of the Canal! Our volunteer events are successful because of hardworking volunteers like you, especially our dedicated and trained Volunteer Leaders. Volunteer Leaders support our staff in executing trail stewardship events and community outreach and even lead events on their own! Learn more about our two Volunteer Leader positions below:

Are you interested in working closely with our wonderful staff and volunteers to lead events and outreach to elevate the care for the Canal and increase community involvement? Complete the Corps Leader and Canal Ambassador Application to get started! (disregard if you have completed the application in the past — you only need to apply once).
