Get ready to scamper into summer on the High Line Canal! Join us for the inaugural High Line Canal Summer Scamper, 5K for All, presented by the Friedman Family Foundation, on the evening of the summer solstice at Bible Park in Denver.

This isn’t your typical 5K! We’re adding in a little extra magic to the longest day of the year with an enchanting atmosphere for all. Before the 5K there will be a free 200m Ditch Dash for kids 8 and under. Then scamper along the Canal – whether that’s running, walking or strolling – with a smile on your face, and join the the post-race celebration with food, drinks and live music. There will also be solstice themed fun for all ages. It’s the perfect way to cap off a wonderful summer evening.
