Walk With Me: Walk & Roll

Join a walk along the Canal with Dr. David Atlee, an astronomy and physics professor at Community College of Aurora. Prior to coming to CCA, Dr. Atlee trained as an observational astronomer, specializing in the evolution of galaxies across the age of the universe and the influence of environment on galaxy growth. Dr. Atlee has experience working with both ground-based and space-based telescope data, and his prior research used all types of light emitted by an object to analyze its behavior. In his spare time, he is a huge Tolkien geek.
Meet at the Observatory behind the main office of the Community College of Aurora, (16000 E CentreTech Pkwy, Aurora, 80011).

I will record your name and the distance you’d like to accomplish for the year…. your progress will be kept with your accomplishments through December 31, 2024, and celebrated in January 2025.
