Let’s get ready for Summer Scamper! We’ll work together to remove brush from the Canal before the upcoming Summer Scamper 5k For All and Canal Summer Fest on June 26.

We will walk in and along the Canal to remove accumulations of woody debris. With stormwater flowing in the Canal, the buildup of brush and debris can create blockages that hinder the flow of water. By removing these blockages we can restore stormwater flow which provides ecological and social benefits by preserving and enhancing the natural resources of the corridor.
